Construction crews will begin staging equipment along Church St. in Colrain late next week in order to make repairs to Church St., beginning June 20. The construction is expected to last 2-3 weeks and is designed to improve the drainage, add curbing, guardrails and re-paving of the street. This will require the temporary removal of the side entrance to St. John. Parking should not be disrupted, but parishioners may use the AF&F parking lot across Main Rd. if necessary. Very short-term road closures can be expected while storm drains are being replaced (week days). We regret the inconvenience, but look forward to the improvements!
